Our rates are negotiable for individuals who may require an extended stay

During the months of May and June, special rates for all bookings with min. 3 nights (subject to availability).

We require your credit card details at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Once we have received your information, we will send an e-mail  confirming your reservation, within 24 hours.        Prior to your arrival please try to give us an indication of your arrival time. If the expected arrival time is going to be significantly delayed (greater than 2 hours), please contact us.

VISITOR'S CHARGE
A visitor’s charge on tourist services is in force since Janaury 1, 2011.
The new tax will be calculated on a per person, per night basis and will be charged directly at the property. The tax will apply for the first 10 nights of a stay in Rome and applies to adults and children over 10 years of age.
The rate varies according to the category of hotel, and to staying at the Aelius B&B the fare is 2 €.
